Corporex and Commonwealth Hotels Celebrate Grand Opening of Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Cincinnati

Corporex, in partnership with Commonwealth Hotels—a Covington, Kentucky-based hotel management company—officially marked the grand opening of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Cincinnati this week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house.

Located at 201 W. 4th Street in Newport, the hotel is part of the Ovation Development, a growing mixed-use area along the riverfront. The event welcomed city leaders, local officials, hotel executives, and investors, all gathered to celebrate the newest addition to the Newport hospitality scene.

The Homewood Suites is owned by Corporex and its partners and is managed by Commonwealth Hotels. Guests at the grand opening were treated to guided tours showcasing the hotel’s upscale amenities and signature Homewood Suites hospitality.

“We are thrilled to have officially opened our doors and to have received such a warm welcome from the Newport community,” said Brian Jungling, General Manager of Homewood Suites Newport Cincinnati. “Our extended-stay accommodations, spacious suites, and top-tier amenities are designed to provide a comfortable and convenient experience for both business and leisure travelers.”

The hotel offers a range of modern features, including luxurious suites with fully equipped kitchens, separate living and sleeping areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a business hub, and inviting communal spaces. A standout feature is HighNote, the region’s newest rooftop bar, offering sweeping views of the Cincinnati skyline.

Designed for both short-term and extended stays, the Homewood Suites Newport Cincinnati provides guests with a home-away-from-home experience. Its prime location places it near popular destinations such as MegaCorp Pavilion, Newport on the Levee, the Cincinnati riverfront, and a variety of local dining and entertainment venues.
