In this newly created role, Druso will oversee the company’s expanding boutique and lifestyle hotel portfolio, bringing his extensive experience in luxury hospitality and strategic leadership to the organization.
Druso will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance hotel performance across several properties, including the historic **Paso Robles Inn**, **The Piccolo**, **Vespera Resort on Pismo Beach**, **Shore Cliff Hotel**, **Pismo Lighthouse Suites**, and **Avila Lighthouse Suites**. His immediate priorities include revamping food and beverage offerings at the Paso Robles Inn and select properties, rebranding Avila Lighthouse Suites, and implementing upgrades at Pismo Lighthouse Suites and Shore Cliff Hotel.
With a strong background in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and innovative food and beverage programming, Druso aligns with Peregrine Hospitality’s commitment to exceptional service and forward-thinking hospitality. His experience as a former Division I college athlete has instilled in him a relentless pursuit of excellence, which he applies to his leadership approach. Additionally, as a successful entrepreneur who previously owned and sold a restaurant, Druso brings a business-minded perspective to his new role.
