### New Hotels Under Development in East El Paso

Several new hotels are under construction or nearing completion in East El Paso, adding to the area’s growing hospitality industry.

#### **Residence Inn by Marriott Nears Opening**
A **120-room Residence Inn by Marriott**, developed by **Chanakya Management**, is set to open on **February 28**. The hotel is located next to the **Amazon fulfillment center** in far East El Paso County, near **Eastlake Boulevard and Interstate 10**. Work is currently being finalized inside the building.

A second hotel, a **131-room Homewood Suites by Hilton**, is also planned for the same area, with construction expected to begin in **late 2025**.

#### **New Hotels Along Joe Battle Boulevard**
A **103-room Home2Suites by Hilton** is under construction along a service road behind **Joe Battle Boulevard**, near **Edgemere Boulevard**. This location has become a growing hotel hub, with a **La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham** already established next door. The new Home2Suites is also positioned behind a row of restaurants, including an **Applebee’s**.

#### **Everhome Suites Near Completion**
A **122-room Everhome Suites**, part of **Choice Hotels**, is nearing completion at **10740 Montana Avenue**, near **Lee Trevino Drive**. The hotel is located near the **Commissioner’s Court Apartments**, operated by the **El Paso public housing authority**.

#### **Tru by Hilton Expanding in East Central El Paso**
A **Tru by Hilton hotel** is under construction at **6210 Montana Avenue** in **East Central El Paso**. The site is near a **Tommy’s Express Car Wash** and close to another **Home2Suites by Hilton** on the same block.

#### **Avid Hotel by IHG Under Development**
A **71-room Avid Hotel by IHG** is being built near **Viscount Boulevard and Interstate 10**. The hotel is located behind an older **La Quinta Inn by Wyndham** and is expected to provide additional lodging options in the area.

These new developments reflect the continued growth of East El Paso’s hospitality sector, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
