**Philadelphia Prepares for Eagles Victory Parade as Hotels Fill Up**
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — As crews continue cleaning up after Sunday night’s Super Bowl celebrations, preparations are already underway for the Eagles’ victory parade, set to take place on Friday.
City officials have confirmed that the parade route will stretch from the Sports Complex to the Art Museum, drawing large crowds eager to secure a prime viewing spot.
The Logan Hotel, located along the parade route at Logan Square, experienced high occupancy for Super Bowl watch parties and is now fully booked for Thursday night.

“Almost overnight, our Thursday and Friday rooms sold out in anticipation of the parade,” said Jessica Bauer of the Logan Hotel.
Hotels across Philadelphia are seeing a surge in bookings, with many visitors reserving rooms for Thursday to ensure they are in the city for Friday’s parade, which also coincides with Valentine’s Day.
“This is great for business, especially in February, which is typically a slower month,” said Ed Grose of the Greater Philadelphia Hotels Association. “This event will definitely have a positive impact on the city.”
Hotels near Broad Street are also feeling the demand.
“As soon as the Eagles secured their win, reservations started pouring in,” said Ryan Sullivan of the Kimpton Hotel Palomar. “Thursday bookings are especially strong, as people want to be in Center City in time for the parade.”
The Kimpton Hotel Palomar, located at 17th and Sansom streets, has seen a sharp increase in reservations and is nearly sold out.
In fact, most hotels in Center City are reaching full capacity for Thursday night, with room rates climbing into the hundreds of dollars.
“For those determined to find a room, availability is still out there, but securing a spot along the parade route may be more challenging,” Grose added.
