Castello di Velona Resort Thermal SPA & Winery – Montalcino, Italy (L.V.X. Collection)

Opening in Fall 2025, this boutique inn sits on seven acres in the artistic Bouldin Creek neighborhood. Originally a 19th-century homestead, Green Pastures offers 63 elegant rooms, two dining venues (including the historic Mattie’s), a fitness studio, and serene outdoor spaces—all just minutes from downtown Austin.
