Valor Hospitality Expands Luxury Golf Portfolio with Two New Openings

Valor Hospitality has unveiled two new luxury golf hotels, further enhancing its premium sports-focused offerings. These properties—Seaton House in St Andrews, Scotland, and Dunluce Lodge in Northern Ireland—are operated in collaboration with U.S.-based owners, Links Collection.

Golfers’ Paradise in Iconic Locations

Seaton House enjoys a prime location overlooking the legendary Old Course in St Andrews, often referred to as the birthplace of golf. The property features 42 upscale guest rooms, including six suites, and offers a refined culinary experience with two restaurants: The Board Room and Ondine Oyster & Grill.

The Ondine brand, known for its award-winning Edinburgh restaurant, has relocated to Seaton House under the direction of celebrated chef Roy Brett. Brett, a three-time Scottish Restaurant of the Year winner, now also leads Valor’s global food and beverage division, Savor, with a mission to elevate dining experiences across the company’s international portfolio.

Beyond golf, Seaton House offers easy access to the historic town of St Andrews and the scenic West Sands beach, making it an attractive destination for all types of travelers.

A Romantic Retreat at Dunluce Lodge

Nestled beside the fairways of Royal Portrush Golf Club, Dunluce Lodge has been transformed into an exclusive and romantic hideaway. The property features 35 luxurious suites and is accessible by road or via a nearby helipad for guests seeking a grand arrival.

For group stays, The Stookan offers eight rooms under one roof, ideal for gatherings or golf getaways. The lodge’s restaurant boasts a curated wine vault and an extensive selection of premium Irish whiskeys, promising a world-class dining and beverage experience.

“This marks a significant milestone for Valor Hospitality and our partnership with Links Collection,” said Euan McGlashan, CEO of Valor Hospitality. “The launch of Dunluce Lodge and Seaton House is the result of four years of dedication, global collaboration, and a shared passion for excellence.”

Growing Global Footprint

In addition to Seaton House and Dunluce Lodge, the Links Collection includes the Dunvegan Hotel in St Andrews, home to the iconic Golfers Corner bar, which showcases historic photos of legendary golfers who have visited over the years.

Valor Hospitality’s expansion doesn’t stop there. The company recently opened one of the UK’s most sustainable new-build hotels, the Voco Zeal at Exeter Science Park. It has also been selected to manage The Medlock, a new hotel set to open in late 2026 at Manchester City Football Club’s Etihad Campus. The Medlock will join the prestigious Radisson Blu brand.

These developments underscore Valor’s commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences while expanding its presence across key international markets.
